機場行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)自動分揀系統采(cai)用(yong)RFID技(ji)術(shu),通過電子標(biao)簽標(biao)識行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li),利(li)用(yong)RFID手持(chi)終端識別目標(biao)行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li),可(ke)實現(xian)數據高(gao)效采(cai)集與行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)高(gao)精度追蹤,最(zui)大限度發(fa)現(xian)因(yin)人為因(yin)素(su)造成(cheng)的行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)差錯(cuo),從而進一步減小行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)差錯(cuo)率。該(gai)技(ji)術(shu)最(zui)直接的好處(chu)是,通過RFID手持(chi)終端采(cai)集數據,能讓行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)運輸數據的記錄(lu)更加及時和準確,從而形成(cheng)面(mian)向旅客開放的“行(xing)(xing)李(li)(li)大數據”。
系統流程
分揀(jian)(jian)員到崗后(hou)(hou)根(gen)據槽(cao)口(kou)上方顯示器內的(de)航班信息(xi)和手中PDA提示的(de)航班行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)信息(xi),將(jiang)一件(jian)(jian)件(jian)(jian)行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)通過(guo)PDA掃描(miao),裝(zhuang)入拖(tuo)斗。并(bing)將(jiang)拖(tuo)斗內的(de)行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)豎立碼放(fang)整齊,待拖(tuo)斗內裝(zhuang)滿(man)行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi),分揀(jian)(jian)員認真地清點著拖(tuo)斗內行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)件(jian)(jian)數并(bing)與PDA查(cha)詢件(jian)(jian)數進行(xing)核對,然后(hou)(hou)填寫行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)件(jian)(jian)數與行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)總重量,通過(guo)PDA無(wu)線(xian)網絡傳(chuan)輸至后(hou)(hou)臺(tai)系統,等待司機將(jiang)其拉出行(xing)李(li)(li)(li)(li)分揀(jian)(jian)區送往(wang)裝(zhuang)機。
當(dang)行(xing)李(li)(li)需要被改(gai)(gai)簽(qian)(qian)到(dao)新的(de)(de)航班(ban)時,行(xing)李(li)(li)服務室(shi)調度(du)崗位的(de)(de)工(gong)作人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會把信(xin)息(xi)傳送給分揀(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),分揀(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)接收(shou)到(dao)行(xing)李(li)(li)改(gai)(gai)簽(qian)(qian)信(xin)息(xi),就會在該(gai)航班(ban)的(de)(de)行(xing)李(li)(li)中挑找出行(xing)李(li)(li),并用(yong)PDA掃描確(que)認,綜(zong)合崗的(de)(de)分揀(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)接收(shou)到(dao)行(xing)李(li)(li)后(hou),會再次(ci)用(yong)PDA掃描確(que)認,然后(hou)會把改(gai)(gai)簽(qian)(qian)行(xing)李(li)(li)護送到(dao)分揀(jian)(jian)(jian)辦公室(shi),工(gong)作人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為行(xing)李(li)(li)換上新的(de)(de)標簽(qian)(qian)再移交給改(gai)(gai)簽(qian)(qian)航班(ban)的(de)(de)分揀(jian)(jian)(jian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
